- Measure everything (except the water) into a small bowl, including the Greek yogurt, sour cream, garlic, onion powder, chives, dill, parsley, and salt. Whisk until smooth and fully combined.½ cup full fat plain greek yogurt, ¼ cup sour cream, 1 small garlic clove, ½ teaspoon onion powder, 1 tablespoon fresh chopped chives, 1 teaspoon dried dill, ½ teaspoon dried parsley, ½ teaspoon salt
- Add 1–2 tablespoons of water, a little at a time, whisking until you reach your desired consistency. Taste and adjust with additional salt if needed, then serve or chill until ready to use.1 to 2 tablespoons water to thin dressing

- Adjust the texture for your use! If you’re using it as a dip, keep it thick and creamy. For salads or bowls, thin it out with a little extra water until it’s pourable. This simple tweak makes the recipe feel totally different depending on how you serve it.
- Taste and tweak. Everyone’s salt preference is different, so always taste before serving and adjust as needed. You can also add a splash of lemon juice for extra brightness if you want to wake up the flavors. I found that it was already tangy enough without the lemon, so I didn't add any!
