- In a small bowl, whisk together ½ cup mayonnaise, 1 tablespoon sriracha, ½ teaspoon sesame oil, 2 teaspoons soy sauce (or coconut aminos), and the juice of ½ lime.
- Taste and adjust the spice level by adding more sriracha, if desired.
- Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.

Spicy mayo keeps well in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days. I actually think it tastes better after sitting overnight.
