BEST Cilantro Ranch Dressing Recipe

This creamy cilantro ranch dressing comes together in just 10 minutes in a blender. Made with Greek yogurt, fresh cilantro, and a ranch seasoning packet for that truly ranch-like flavor!

Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup low fat mayo
  • ½ cup Greek yogurt
  • 3 tablespoons ranch dressing seasoning
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1 bunch fresh cilantro
  • 1 small jalapeño optional. Make sure to deseed well.
  • Add water until desired consistency

Method
 

  1. Add the mayo, Greek yogurt, ranch seasoning, garlic clove, cilantro, and jalapeño (if using) to a blender or food processor. Blend until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed.

  2. With the blender running, slowly add water a little at a time until you reach your desired consistency—thicker for dipping, thinner for drizzling. Taste and adjust seasoning if needed, then serve or refrigerate until ready to use.

Notes

Deseed the jalapeño well. The seeds carry most of the heat — remove them thoroughly if you want flavor without too much spice, or leave a few in if you like it hot.
Add water slowly. Start with a tablespoon at a time with the blender running. It's much easier to thin the dressing out than to thicken it back up.
Storage: Keep in an airtight container or squeeze bottle in the fridge for up to 5 days. Stir or shake before serving as it may separate slightly.
