5-Ingredient Sriracha Mayo Recipe

If there’s one sauce I will never say no to, it’s spicy mayo. Creamy, tangy, just a little spicy, and wildly versatile, this Spicy Sriracha Mayo Sauce has a way of making everything better. Whether you’re drizzling it over bowls, dipping crispy salmon, or spreading it on sandwiches, this sriracha mayo recipe is one you’ll want to keep on repeat.

Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup mayo I used low fat
  • 1 tbsp sriracha
  • ½ tsp sesame oil
  • 3 tsp low sodium soy sauce or coconut aminos if using regular soy sauce, start with 2 tsp
  • Juice from ½ lime

Method
 

  1. In a small bowl, whisk together ½ cup mayonnaise, 1 tablespoon sriracha, ½ teaspoon sesame oil, 2 teaspoons soy sauce (or coconut aminos), and the juice of ½ lime.
  2. Taste and adjust the spice level by adding more sriracha, if desired.
  3. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.

Notes

  • Adjust the spice! Add more or less sriracha depending on how spicy you like it.
  • Chill before serving. Let your spicy mayo sauce sit in the fridge for at least 15 minutes to help the flavors come together!
  • Use fresh lime juice! I promise, it makes a big difference in flavor compared to bottled lime juice.
  • Store in a squeeze bottle! If you have one, it is a great way to store it and be able to squeeze it on top of meats, bowls, or squeeze onto bread for sandwiches. Store in the fridge for up to 5 days.
